Yuiksang Sushi review (Near Hongik University Station)

Hello,

I am a college student, an office worker, and a person who came to Seoul.

Today is a sushi restaurant near Hongik University.

 

I would like to review "Yuik-sang Sushi," which is famous for long-tailed sushi.

 

 

 

The locations are as follows.

I think it took about 10 minutes based on exit 9 of Hongik University Station.

 

 

Next is the menu.

 

Most people eat the menu of "yuiksang assorted Sushi line"

 

I ordered sushi 1 for today sushi and sushi 1 for yuiksang sushi

 

I ate at the store on 24.04.16.

It's different from the menu price on the Naver map, so you should refer to it.

When I eat sushi or fish, I check the country of origin without realizing it

 

 

The country of origin is well-made

The reason why this sushi restaurant is famous is because it's called "long-tailed sushi."

Compared to regular sushi

It's very long. If you don't know how long it is..

You can think of it as 1.5 to 2 times as long as normal sushi!

 

 

The inside of the store is decorated in Japanese style

 

 

You can also see posters of Japanese animations such as Naruto and One Piece on the wall.

 

 

Before the main sushi comes out, let's have salad

These fried shrimp were very delicious!

I thought it was fried shrimp, so I imagined fried shrimp in a round shape from a restaurant

Unlike that, do you think you used live shrimp..?

I felt that it was a bit fresh and delicious.

 

 

And when you order sushi, they give you a brush like this!!

Because the sushi is so long, it's hard to eat it with chopsticks

You can eat it comfortably if you dip it with a brush.

As you can see, the length of sushi is noticeable.

Since it's too long, it's hard to catch salmon with chopsticks

I think it would be convenient to use a spoon and eat it!!

The freshness and taste of the meeting were as good as they were.

All kinds of raw fish were delicious!

Garlic mecca aburi? I don't know the name of the sushi, but..
